What do you think is a fair price to pay for queer porn?

Since I am an independently run business I try to keep my prices fair. I know that I'm not able to add more than one scene per month and sometime it actually works out to an average of a month and a half or even two months in hard times.

Given that reality. I only charge $10/month for recurring memberships. For $10 you are supporting a rare genre of porn content (that thankfully, is growing) and you get one new scene (which may or may not suit your tastes).

Currently we have 26 scenes online for viewing and downloading and a person is free to cancel at anytime. And I'll even give you a discount when you come back if you send me a message (Shhhh, it's a secret).

Do you think this is fair?

What else can I do?
Ideally, I will have more content to add to the site, but in the event that I'm able to fulfil this goal, would you pay more? I kinda feel like one per month for a cheap price is sufficient. What do you think?

I know you arent able to upload more than you do just now, but I dont honestly think its realistic to ask for a monthly membership when there are so few new videos. I think a pay-per-view system may work better.

I think the site as a whole could do with a revamp, smarten it up a bit, get a new forum, generate more of a community on here. I think the more community you have the more contributors youll get and the more subscribers.

Get a stable of models, recognisable names, get them involved on the forums too. I think the more you can offer, the more appealing the site is, the more it wil grow and the business side with it.

I agree with everything you said, except I don't know about having a "stable of models".

I am working to improve upon the options for pay-per-view and to keep the updates coming on a regular basis.

The updates do come on a semi-monthly basis which means you're paying $10 for access to all the videos and a new one. If it was pay-per-view you'd have to pay that much anyway for that one video, but as a renewing member you also have access to everything, all the time.

I'm not going to withdraw this option for renewing. A person can always pay $20, see all that they want to see in a month and end their membership with us. Or, if they want to support the site and keep their access to the members area and see what's new, then they have that option as well (at a very low price - $10).

I am going to continue to improve the members area to the best of my ability. Updates will continue to be posted on a one per month basis. Pay-per-view options will be increasingly available over time. And, the quest to provide the world with raw, honest, real and self-created dyke porn will continue and continue and continue.
